Introducing DeedTalk.ai: AI-Powered Property Contract Review

As part of my journey in building practical, AI-driven applications, I am excited to introduce DeedTalk.ai. This platform was developed to solve a real-world problem: making property contract review accessible, fast, and reliable.

Buying property or signing a lease can be a daunting process, often involving dense, complex legal documents. DeedTalk.ai acts as a professional-grade risk analysis tool that processes Contracts of Sale, Vendor Statements (Section 32), and Rental Agreements in under 5 minutes.

The Problem It Solves

Traditionally, reviewing property contracts for hidden risks—such as restrictive covenants, easements, or unfair rental terms—requires costly legal consultations or tedious manual reading. DeedTalk bridges this gap by offering immediate, automated due diligence.

Technical Highlights & AI Integration

Building DeedTalk.ai allowed me to demonstrate several key capabilities in modern software development and AI integration:

  • Multi-Agent AI Architecture: The platform utilizes specialized AI agents to scan for specific legal constraints (covenants, easements, compliance certificates) across all Australian states.
  • Multilingual Q&A: Recognizing that property buyers come from diverse backgrounds, I integrated a multilingual agent that allows users to ask follow-up questions about specific clauses in their native language.
  • Enterprise-Grade Security: Handling legal documents requires strict privacy. The system features bank-grade AES-256 encryption, processes documents securely, and ensures zero data retention for AI training.
  • Structured Risk Categorization: The AI doesn’t just summarize; it classifies risks by severity (High, Medium, Low) and applies state-specific property laws to ensure high accuracy.
